ANNUAL DINING IN NIGHT

The President of the Clayfield Toombul RSL Sub Branch is delighted to invite you to the most anticipated event on the 2026 social calendar.

Come and enjoy a formal dining atmosphere with partners, friends and comrades.

Timings, Saturday 8 August 2026, 1830hrs for 1900hrs.

Dress, Black Tie or Mess Dress, with miniatures.

Format, Formal dining in night observing tri service traditions. A three course dinner will be served. Please advise of any dietary requirements when booking.

Catering, Beer, wine, champagne and non alcoholic beverages from 1830hrs. Dinner will be served from 1900hrs until 2230hrs, then guests may retire to the military bar for those who wish to kick on. Cash bar only after we retire from the dining room. Members wishing to arrive early are welcome, but it will be a cash bar until 1830hrs.

Cost, This is a subsidised co payment event for members and their partner at $60 per head. Friends and colleagues who are non military guests wishing to enjoy a traditional dining in night are encouraged to attend for $130 per head.

Parking, Available on site for those with a designated driver.
